24 07 24 Special Board Meeting Minutes

The July 24, 2024 Town of Oulu Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:01pm at the Town Hall by Chair Jonathan Hamilton.

Members present: Ed Burhans, Jon Hamilton, Adam Mattson, Diana Reijo, clerk, Margie Lahti, treasurer. Absent: None.

Approval of agenda:

Motion by Mattson, second by Burhans to approve the agenda as printed and posted. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

New Business:

Park Toilets:

Supervisor Mattson reported the only park permit the town needs to apply for is a sanitary permit.

Park toilets plans are tabled as we are pursuing additional information for our next board meeting.

Culverts – Airport Road:

Scott Weyandt, from Weyandt Engineering updated the town board on the condition of the five (5) culverts located on Airport Road between Eastview Rd and Hwy B along with estimates. Motion by Mattson, second by Burhans to advertise for bids for the Airport Road Culvert Replacement Project. Bids will be opened at the August 14, 2024 regular board meeting. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
