24 04 16 Special Board Meeting Minutes

The April 16, 2024 Town of Oulu Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:01pm at the Town Hall by Chair Jonathan Hamilton.

Members present: Ed Burhans, Jon Hamilton, Adam Mattson, Diana Reijo, clerk, Margie Lahti, treasurer. Absent: None.

Approval of agenda:

Motion by Mattson, second by Burhans to approve the agenda as printed and posted. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

New Business:

Gravel Bids:

One gravel bid was received: Trusty Trucking - $16.79/cy. Motion by Mattson, second by Burhans to award the bid to Trusty Trucking at $16.79/cy and also provide residents the option to purchase gravel at the contract price. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Motion by Mattson, second by Burhans to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:07pm.
