The July 17, 2023 Town of Oulu Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:39 p.m. at the Town Hall by Chair Jonathan Hamilton.
Members present: Ed Burhans, Jon Hamilton, Adam Mattson, Diana Reijo, clerk, Margie Lahti, Treasurer.
Approval of Agenda:
Motion by Burhans, second by Hamilton to approve the agenda as printed and posted. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
Bids for Boulevard and County Line Road Project
Motion by Mattson, second by Burhans to award the bid for Boulevard and County Line Road Project to Olson Bros. Bid amounts include:
County Line Road: $51,529.04
Boulevard Rd: $88,705.87
Discount for both projects: 3,565.44
Both Projects with discount: $136,669.47
Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Motion by Burhans, second by Mattson to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
