North Hissa Road Maintenance Town of Oulu

Sealed proposals for the North Hissa Road project will be received by the Town of Oulu, Attn: Town of Oulu, Diana Reijo, Clerk, 71530 Hoover Line Road until Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 5pm or hand-delivered to the board meeting which begins at 6:45pm. Proposals will be opened at the June 12, 2024 regular board meeting.

Bid Project: The Town of Oulu is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the North Hissa Road Maintenance project as described the plans and specifications. This project generally consists of the following work: Blading and shaping shoulders and ditches. This project is to be completed by September 1, 2024.

All proposals must be prepared on the form provided for that purpose and submitted in accordance to the Instructions to Bidder.

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The Town of Oulu reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept bids most advantageous to the Town of Oulu.
