The March 1, 2023 Town of Oulu Policy & Procedures Committee Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall by Chair Jonathan Hamilton.
Members present: Jon Hamilton, Ed Burhans (6:57pm) Diana Reijo, clerk and Margie Lahti,
treasurer. Absent: Tim Ciembronowicz.
Committee created policies and procedures for the Use of Town Equipment, Town Hall Usage, Usage of Town Materials, and Snow Plow Policy for Driveways.
Adjournment:
Motion by Burhans, second by Hamilton to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
