23 10 03 Special Board Meeting Minutes

The October 3, 2023 Town of Oulu Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:34 p.m. at the Town Hall by Chair Jonathan Hamilton.

Members present: Ed Burhans, Jon Hamilton, Diana Reijo, clerk and Margie Lahti, treasurer. Absent: Adam Mattson.

Costs on Construction of County Line Road for Additional Culverts and Co-op those Costs with town of Hughes:

Motion by Hamilton, second by Burhans to approve the additional cost for ditching and replacing the Follis driveway culvert on Oulu’s portion of County Line Road. Absent: Mattson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Added Costs for Shoulder Reinforcement on Boulevard Road:

Motion by Hamilton, second Burhans to approve the additional cost for shoulder reinforcement on Boulevard Road. Absent: Mattson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Motion by Burhans, second by Hamilton to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
