25 12 31 Special Board Meeting Minutes

The December 31, 2025 Town of Oulu Special Board Meeting was called to order at 8:00am at the Town Hall by Chair Jonathan Hamilton.

Members present: Jon Hamilton, Duane Reijo, Adam Mattson, Diana Reijo, clerk.

Budget Adjustments

Motion by Reijo, second by Mattson to adopt the following resolution:

Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Oulu, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, has determined that it is necessary to change the 2025 budget; and

Whereas, the proposed changes have been reviewed and discussed by the Town Board; and

Whereas, a two-thirds majority vote of the Town Board is required for the adoption of this resolution;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Town Board of the Town of Oulu hereby adopts the changes to the 2025 budget as presented:

$ 185 from Revenue - Other Financing Sources to Legislative Board in General Government,

$ 2,089 from Revenue - Other Financing Sources to Public Safety

$ 3,352 from Revenue – Other Financing Sources to Highway Machinery

Roll call vote: Yes: Hamilton, Mattson, Reijo. No: None. Abstain: None. Absent: None. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

Adopted this 31st day of December 2025 by a two-thirds majority vote of the Town Board.
