25 05 19 Special Board Meeting Minutes

The May 19, 2025 Town of Oulu speical board meeting was called to order by Jonathan Hamilton, Chair at 7:04am at the Town Hall.

Roll Call Members present: Jon Hamilton, Adam Mattson, Duane Reijo, Diana Reijo, Clerk. Town employee/s: Jeremy Gordon and Mike Davidson.

Pick-Up Truck Proposals

Truck proposals were reviewed and discussed. Motion by Reijo, second by Mattson to purchase a 2020 Ford F-350 from Link Motors, Minong for $49,263 plus electronic and 3-year or 36,000 extended warranty for a total of $50,525. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Oulu Rock Road Chip Sealing

Discussion was held on possibly chip sealing Oulu Rock Road. No action taken.

Disposal of Tires

Motion by Reijo, second by Mattson to dispose of tires free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

Adjournment

Motion by Hamilton to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:38am.
