25 04 22 Highway Committee Meeting Minutes

The Town of Oulu Highway Committee meeting on April 22, 2025, was called to order by Chairman Jonathan Hamilton at 7pm at the town hall. Members present included Jonathan Hamilton, Adam Mattson, Duane Reijo, and clerk Diana Reijo. Town Employee: Mike Davidson.

The Town Board reviewed proposals for a pick-up truck, culvert asphalt patching, dump box for the Peterbilt, and chip sealing bids. The discussion on pick-up proposals, culvert asphalt patching, and the dump box for the Peterbilt were tabled pending further information. In the best interest of the town, the board agreed to recommend accepting Fahrner Asphalt’s bid for Single Chip Seal (FA2 1/4") on Airport Road – (Highway B south to town line).

Motion by Hamilton to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
